Styling The Trend: A Little Pink-Me-Up (and giveaway!)
Sometimes all we need is a little color shock to stir up inspiration when looking to freshening up the style in our lives - be it in our homes, on our table...heck even inside our closets or while tackling daily obstacles at work.
When it comes to food photography and table styling it's also easy to find ourselves in a rut... using the same colors, objects and environments for a variety of different projects...ultimately hitting a wall and needing something different, vibrant and new.
Well, we've found the solution - it's an easy fix with color, and it's down right chipper.

Pink, often thought for little girls and romantics, is actually quite the sophisticated hue. With the ability to be both soft and nostalgic in rose tones, it can also be a rebellious kick in the pants yelling loud and proud in neon bursts.
Getting the look is simple. It can be as easy as adding a few blush patterned fabrics to your table top, a petal perfect paper straw into your afternoon ice tea break, or as daring as paining a pink accent wall in your dining room.
Whether you're looking to apply boldly or with delicate accents, it's a color that is incredibly forgiving, fresh and filled with joy.
We are personally getting some mega inspiration from Betsy Johnson's kitchen and mismatched ceramic pieces on the table. Another pink trend that has us dancing in our seats is the soft color paired with copper or black, which sends the trend into overdrive with an unapologetic toughness that cannot be resisted.
