Passionfruit Ginger Lime Spritz

This post is in partnership with Prairie Organic Spirits and intended for an audience of 21+ only.

This has been a very controversial year for the spritz. And I get it, we are all very particular about our drink of choice. That being said, it is time to switch things up from the typical bar menu offerings and bring something new to the table! How about an easy to make yet exotic elixir that can be enjoyed anytime from brunch to beach-side or just in your own backyard? I think that sounds like a yes, and I’m already getting the ice ready for us.

There are definitely days where you want to keep things simple - whether it be a reward for mowing the lawn on a hot afternoon or just trying to keep your BBQ guests hydrated. Simple to assemble certainly doesn't have to be simple on the tasting - which is why we’re bringing some pretty aggressive flavors into the mix that work so harmoniously that you’ll wonder why you haven’t tried this combo before!

Passion fruit, ginger, lime, and mint... a sip that can instantly transport you pool-side at any favorite tropical location you would like to beam yourself into.

When muddling up these incredible ingredients, you don’t want to muck it up with poor quality spirits. Which is why pouring Prairie Organic Spirits is a wise choice for keeping your bevvys tasting beautiful - they use high quality organic corn to give each sip better flavor thanks to the work of its master distillers who taste test each batch of spirits until it is perfect, or what they like to call “distilled to taste”. (What a job!)

Beyond their commitment to using organic ingredients, they're dedicated to furthering the future of organic farming. Their newly launched Spirit of Change Fund contributes 1 percent of sales to help more farmers go organic. Pretty cool, right?

This spritz is tart, spicy, and incredibly refreshing - I think hitting all the requirements for a hot afternoon bevvy relief. So no matter where you stand on the spritz debate, we can all agree that a glass of sparkling spirits served over ice is the preferred pour. If it helps to calm the troops, serve this new take at your next get together so there will be no disagreement other than who gets the next round.

Cheers Friends!
